Sweet Tea Ice

Bottom of a glass of sweet tea after the ice has melted into it. Diluted, tan, and the particular sweetness of over-steep.

Notes: Cold black tea, diluted tannin, cane sugar, ice mineral, lemon trace, summer air

Use at 6–12% in summer, Southern-Americana, or refreshment structures. The tannin-sugar balance reads more sophisticated than standard tea accords. Works well in light EDTs and room spray.
