01 Fragrance Custom development

Something built from a brief.

You bring the direction. I build the smell.

You bring a brief — a reference, a mood, a material, a direction. I build something that doesn't exist yet. More time, more collaboration, a development fee.

Development fee $600-$1,500
Includes 3 rounds of samples, 2 revisions
Timeline to production 4-8 weeks

Additional revision rounds beyond the included number: $175 per round.

Who owns the formula?

Formula ownership terms are discussed case by case and confirmed in writing before production. Do not assume exclusivity or formula transfer unless it is in your agreement.

Can I make the fragrance exclusive to my brand?

Exclusivity is not offered as a standard term. If this matters to your brand, raise it in your application and it can be discussed.

02 Packaging & Setup One-time costs per SKU

What your bottle looks like is your decision.

These are one-time costs, charged before production begins. Per-unit packaging components are included in the Stage 03 per-unit price.

Item Cost Notes
Label design $0 or $275-$500 $0 if you supply finished print-ready artwork; $275–$500 if we design it
Setup / run fee $100-$200 One-time per production run; waived at 500+ units

Per-unit packaging components (bottle, cap, label stock) are included in the Stage 03 per-unit price rather than billed separately, so the quote is one number per bottle.

03 Production Per-unit costs, recurring

What you pay per bottle, and your minimum commitment.

Per-unit price includes fragrance, filling, bottle, cap, and label. Ranges shown -- your actual quote depends on bottle size, concentration, and label complexity.

What is the minimum order?

50 units per production run. This keeps the first run accessible while covering the cost of materials, setup, and filling at a quality standard.

What bottle sizes are available?

Stock bottles from 5ml to 100ml. The most commonly ordered sizes are 10ml, 30ml, and 50ml. Custom vessels available by arrangement.

What concentration is included?

EDP (20-30% fragrance load) is standard. EDT and parfum concentrations are available; concentration affects per-unit price and is quoted accordingly.

How long does production take?

2-4 weeks from confirmed order and deposit received. Rush production is available -- see Stage 04.

What deposit is required?

50% on confirmed order; remaining 50% due before shipment.

Do you offer filling only?
