Wet Bark

Hemlock tree bark the morning after three days of rain. Dark, fungal, mossy, and older than the neighborhood around it.

Notes: Bark tannin, rain water, mushroom trace, cold mineral, wet wood interior

Use at 6–12% in forest, rain, or naturalistic structures. More alive than dried wood accords — the mushroom trace gives it biological specificity. Pairs with petrichor and green accords.
